S4K FC Berks County Ladies won Thames Valley Counties League Division 3 South after a 1-1 draw with Goring United.
The result was enough to take the Bracknell-based club out of the reach of their title rivals, with one game to spare.
Megan Cox is far and away S4K’s top scorer with 30 goals from 16 games and it was she who made the breakthrough ten minutes into the second half.
Josie Marden equalised with just a couple of minutes of the ninety remaining but Goring ran out of time to find a winner which would have kept their hopes of top spot alive.
The draw also meant that the title was beyond Taplow United, despite their 5-1 victory at Wargrave Development.
