Arsenal are top by two points from Chelsea from a game more ahead of hosting Reading, with the Royals one short of Manchester City and three behind Manchester United, both of whom they have a game in hand on.

The Gunners were 4-0 winners on their trip to Berkshire in September, Reading had been on a good run recently until going down 4-1 at Brighton last time out.

Aston Villa entertain Everton with the Villains three points behind eighth-placed Brighton and the Toffees seven points off the bottom, from fewer games than those around them.

Villa were 2-0 winners in February’s away game with Everton, one of four league losses in a row for the Merseysiders.
