Stoke City’s Girls Regional Talent Club (RTC) looks to nurture local talent, providing elite player development opportunities for female footballers aged 8 to 16.
With almost three million active female players, football is the biggest women’s team sport in England.
The RTC’s ultimate aim is to encourage the players to reach the FA Performance Camps and England training camps.
The RTC (formerly known as the Centre of Excellence) works closely with Stoke City to provide a pathway for girls with outstanding ability to progress through our ranks.
