Highly-driven and committed female players are invited to show the Essex County FA Girls Regional Talent Club (RTC) they have the potential to join existing elite squads, with sessions lined-up for Under 10s to 16s players in June.

The unique RTC programme further extends on grassroots level opportunities. The open selection process at Shrub End Community & Sports Centre in Colchester enables any female player from the age of nine all the way through to 15 years of age, regardless of where they play and how long they have been playing for, to come along and attempt to access the FA Girls Talent Pathway.

All RTC age groups train twice a week, with highly-qualified coaches. To support the increase in the training sessions, and to aid player development, the programme offers strength and conditioning sessions once a week as well as access to our physiotherapist team. This helps with injury prevention and rehabilitation, so players are not just looked after on the field, but off the field, too.

The releasing of trial information is currently on hold due to the coronavirus as well as the uncertainty when the season will look to begin.  If, however you would like your details added to our trials mailing list to receive the most up to date information, then please contact essexrtc@essexfa.com.
