Rangers FC Women’s head coach Jo Potter has signed a contract extension with the ScottishPower WPL leaders.
The former England international has won 19 and drawn three of her matches since taking charge of Rangers in the summer.
Potter told rangers.co.uk: “I am really happy here. It was kind of a no brainer for me when the club approached me about extending my stay.
“It is the start of something really special and the club has made me feel more than welcome and been really aligned with my views and my way of working. I have really enjoyed this last few months of being here.”
Women’s and Girls’ Managing Director Donald Gillies added: “The professionalism, high standards and dedication that Jo and all of the coaching and support staff have given to make this club successful is evident both on and off the pitch.
“We hope that hard work is rewarded with some silverware and we are in a strong position to achieve that goal under Jo.”
Director of Football Operations, Creag Robertson, also said: “Working alongside Donald and the rest of the staff, we believe Jo can continue the positive start to her managerial career, continually raising standards and expectations across the club.
“Jo and the rest of her team are relentless in their desire to bring success to the club and we are delighted that she has signed this new contract.”
