Nottingham Forest ended the unbeaten run of FA Women’s National League Northern Premier Division leaders Newcastle United in front of a crowd of 3,361.

Third-placed Forest moved within seven points of Newcastle, with one game in hand on the leaders, whom they came from behind to beat 2-1 in front on well over 3,000. Georgia Gibson got a fourth-minute opener for the Magpies, Alice Keitley equalised following up Louanne Worsey shot against the post, Mai Moncaster and Charlotte Greengrass combining in the 90th minute to set up Niamh Reynolds to fire home the winner.
Derby County beat Stourbridge to leapfrog them into the top half of the table on goal-difference. Rebecca May’s corner forced an own-goal and half-time substitute Isabel Sheridan doubled the advantage.
SOUTHERN PREMIER DIVISION
London Bees 1-6 Ipswich Town
Cheltenham Town 2-3 Plymouth Argyle
Ipswich Town are up to fourth after hitting hosts London Bees for six. Ruby Doe and Natasha Thomas had them two up at half-time, Kayla Potter pulling one back before Leah Mitchell restored the two-goal cushion. Doe then doubled her tally for the day, Spurs loanee Lenna Gunning-Williams and Maria Boswell adding one apiece.

Plymouth came from behind at half-time to take the points in Cheltenham and move into ninth place. Emily Owen struck first for Town, Fern Orchard levelled straight after the resumption, Charlotte Whitmore getting both Argyle’s other goals and Phoebie Poole a late second form the home side.

It finished goalless between tenth-placed Notts County and visitors Sutton Coldfield, Town now level on points with Solihull Moors in sixth.

Stockport County 1-3 Middlesbrough (Att: 111)
Middlesbrough went within goal-difference of going top but have played two games more than leaders Barnsley WFC. They trailed Stockport at the break through Francesca Davies’s fifth-minute header but Lauren Robson, Nichole Lavery and Jess Mett all replied for Boro.
Fourth-placed Durham Cestria defeated mid-table Chorley with two second-half goals by Leanna Giles.
DIVISION 1 SOUTH WEST
Exeter City 14-0 Selsey (Att: 223)
Exeter City have won all 12 games to date following a thrashing of struggling Selsey, in which Sarah Stacey and Connie Pengelly both netted four times.
