North Wales Dragons to start women’s community team

North Wales Dragons

North Wales Dragons are looking to add a women’s team to their efforts to help raise funds and awareness for good causes.

The club does only plays charity matches and co-founder, Chris Roberts, said: “We have always spoken about forming a ladies football team and now is exactly the right time, particularly considering the requirement there will be for our services once this pandemic is as done as it is likely to be.

“That is why we are looking for ladies who are in North Wales or the North West of England to come and join us. We have no expectancy of skill, it is all about inclusion, physical health, mental health, making friends and doing good for your local communities.”
