Scotland will travel to Poland in June to take on Ukraine in a rescheduled FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifier.

The Stadion Miejski, in Rzeszow, will host the Group B game on Friday 24 June, with the kick-off time yet to be confirmed.

Pedro Martinez Losa’s squad go into the game on the back of an impressive performance and narrow defeat to Spain in April and sit second in their group after six games.

The Scottish FA’s Head of Girls’ and Women’s Football, Fiona McIntyre, told scottishfa.co.uk: “We are pleased to have clarity on the fixture and can now proceed with plans for the trip.

“I think everyone who was at Hampden for the visit of Spain – for what was a record competitive home attendance – will have been heartened by the display against world class opposition. We showed no fear and no lack of quality.

“I know Pedro and the team will do everything they can to maintain that momentum against Ukraine.”
