Yeovil Town have signed 24-year old attacking left-back Megan Alexander from Millwall Lionesses.
Alexander has also previously represented Liverpool, Oxford United and Everton, as well as having appeared for England U-17s.
Yeovil boss Lee Burch – who was also at Millwall last term – told yeoviltownladies.com: “Megan was excellent last season and was in the running for every end of season award, showing the strength of her season not just in my eyes but in her teammates and supporters.
“She was a major target of mine, having had WSL1 experience previously and will thrive in the full time environment at Yeovil Town Ladies FC”
Alexander commented: “I’m very excited to be here. It’s a club with huge potential and an exciting future.
“The team is young and exciting so I’m expecting to have a great season. We can’t wait to show the fans what we can do.”
