Manchester United are through to the Adobe Women’s FA Cup semi-finals after a comfortable win away to Brighton & Hove Albion.

Marc Skinner’s side had their progress effectively sealed by half time, with a Lucia Garcia stoppage-time effort following goals in the opening 17 minutes from Millie Turner and Nikita Parris.

A Katie Zelem cross in the eighth minute saw Turner head home, Melvine Malard played in Parris to fire home at the near post, before hitting the post and seeing Garcia tap in the rebound.

Malard was involved again by the hour mark, playing on the ball for Lisa Naalsund to rifle home the fourth goal.
