Eighteen-year-old striker, Jess Park, has signed her first professional contract to keep her at Manchester City Women until 2023.

Park, who joined in October 2017 from hometown side York City, has already made 15 first-team appearances, scoring five goals in her last seven games, while also netting a dozen times in only 13 matches for England U-19s.

“I’m over the moon to have my contract sorted,” she told mancity.com.

“Being in the same team with players that are at the top of their game – both at club and national level – is absolutely invaluable for a young player like myself, and I’m incredibly excited for what the next few years will hold here at Manchester City.”

Head of Women’s Football Gavin Makel added: “Jess is an extremely exciting young player, who since joining us at the age of 16, has fitted seamlessly into our senior set-up.

“We believe in her ability and we will do everything we possibly can to help her reach her potential.”
