England have leapfrogged France into third position in the latest FIFA/Coca-Cola Women’s Ranking, while the USA and Germany remain first and second respectively.
The only other change in the top ten is Japan replacing the Netherlands in seventh place.
Poland are the biggest climbers jumping six places to 28th, after a surprising run to the Algarve Cup final.
Both Belgium (20th) and Portugal (30th) reached their highest-ever positions.
Scotland remain 20th, Republic of Ireland move up two to 31st, Wales drop four places to 33rd and Northern Ireland rise two to 59th.
The number of teams increased from 152 to an all-time record of 155 and the next ranking will be published on 12 July 2019.
