Dutch international defender Kika van Es has left Everton Women to join FC Twente for an undisclosed fee.
The Netherlands international with 64 caps, who was a Women’s EURO winner in 2017 and World Cup runner-up in 2019, returns to one of her former Dutch clubs.
The 28-year-old made 10 appearances over 14 months with Everton after joining from Ajax, helping Willie Kirk’s side to a sixth-place finish in WSL last season.
