Manchester City Women goalkeeper Karen Bardsley has joined NWSL side OL Reign on loan until the end of June.
The 36-year-old England international, who has made just over 100 appearances for Manchester City, makes a temporary switch to the NWSL outfit whose Challenge Cup campaign kicks off on 9 April.
Head Coach Gareth Taylor told mancity.com: “We’re very supportive of Karen’s decision to take up this opportunity over in the States for the next few months.
“We understand her desire after the past year or so to get more game time under her belt and this move is an ideal one for her.”
