India were 3-1 winners over Nepal in the semi-finals on 2nd January but took until just before the break to open the scoring through Yumnam Devi.
Indumathi Kathiresan doubled the lead 5 minutes after the restart and although the arrears were reduced by current tournament top scorer Sabitra Bhandari, Sasmita Malik then confirmed the victory.
Bangladesh hit the Madlives for six, with Sirat Jahan Shopna netting twice in the first 22 minutes, before going on to complete a hat-trick.
The game was put to bed in a ten-minute spell early in the second half in which Sabina Khatun bagged a brace including a penalty, Nargis Khatun and Shopna got one each.
The final on Wednesday 4th January is at the Kanchenjunga Stadium in Siliguri.
