The highest-rated players in EA Sports FC 26 with two Arsenal players in the top five

The ratings have been revealed for the new EA Sports FC 26 game, and here SheKicks takes a look at the highest-rated women’s players in this year’s edition of the game.

Highest-rated women’s players in EA Sports FC 26

10. Kadidiatou Diani – Lyon (88) – No change

Pace 92, Shooting 85, Passing 81, Dribbling 88, Defending 56, Physical 79

Lyon winger Kadidiatou Diani is the 31st highest-rated player in EA Sports FC 26, including the men in the game.

The 30-year-old scored 16 goals in 30 appearances for Lyon during the 2024-25 season.

She also netted for France in their 4-1 win over Wales at Euro 2025.

9. Marie-Antoinette Katoto – Lyon (88) – No change

Pace 85, Shooting 87, Passing 77, Dribbling 84, Defending 39, Physical 74

There is also no change in rating for Marie-Antoinette Katoto, who is the 29th highest-rated player in the game.

The 26-year-old scored 12 goals 25 appearances last season, and scored in the 2-1 victory over England at Euro 2025.

After 11 seasons at Paris Saint-Germain, Katoto has joined Lyon for the 2025-26 season.

8. Mapi Leon – Barcelona (89) – No change

Pace 75, Shooting 68, Passing 79, Dribbling 76, Defending 90, Physical 82

Mapi Leon is the first of five Barcelona players inside the top 10 of this list, and is the highest-rated women’s centre back in the game.

She made 42 appearances for Barcelona last season, as they won the Spanish league title but lost in the final of the Champions League to Arsenal.

Mapi has not played for Spain since her withdrawal in 2023 after disagreements with the country’s federation.

7. Khadija Shaw – Manchester City (89) – Up from 86

Pace 71, Shooting 89, Passing 71, Dribbling 81, Defending 32, Physical 85

Jamaican international Khadija Shaw moves up three ratings and is the 21st highest-rated player in the game overall.

She won her second Women’s Super League Golden Boot last season despite missing eight out of the 22 matches.

Shaw, who has taken on the No.9 shirt at Man City, will be a strong contender to win her third Golden Boot this year.

6. Patricia Guijarro – Barcelona (89) – Up from 88

Pace 78, Shooting 82, Passing 83, Dribbling 87, Defending 86, Physical 83

Barcelona midfielder Patricia Guijarro is the 17th-highest rated player in EA Sports FC 26.

Guijarro was one of Barcelona’s best players last season and was a contender for the Player of the Tournament at Euro 2025.

The 27-year-old is the highest-rated defensive midfielder in this year’s game.

5. Mariona Caldentey – Arsenal (89) – Up from 84

Pace 78, Shooting 84, Passing 86, Dribbling 90, Defending 76, Physical 79

The PFA Players’ Player of the Year for 2024-25 moves up from 84 to 89 after an exceptional 2024-25 season.

Caldentey joined Arsenal from Barcelona in 2024 and played a huge role in their Champions League triumph in May.

The 29-year-old though did see her penalty saved during the Women’s Euro 2025 final defeat to England.

She has urged Arsenal to be more consistent this season if they are to win the WSL title.

4. Alessia Russo – Arsenal (89) – Up from 85

Pace 82, Shooting 88, Passing 70, Dribbling 87, Defending 39, Physical 73

England striker Alessia Russo is the highest-rated player from the Women’s Super League.

Russo jointly won the Golden Boot alongside Shaw last season with 12 goals in 21 appearances.

The 26-year-old falls short of the top 10 overall in the game, as the 13th-highest rated player. Russo’s form was recently rewarded with a new contract at Arsenal.

3. Caroline Graham Hansen – Barcelona (90) – No change

Pace 89, Shooting 87, Passing 88, Dribbling 90, Defending 47, Physical 76

Caroline Graham Hansen stays in the 90s after scoring 16 goals in 35 appearances across all competitions last season.

The 30-year-old is the seventh highest-rated player in the game, just ahead of Virgil van Dijk, Jude Bellingham and Erling Haaland.

Hansen is entering the final year of her contract at Barcelona, who only have 17 senior players this season.

2. Aitana Bonmati – Barcelona (91) – No change

Pace 85, Shooting 87, Passing 86, Dribbling 91, Defending 77, Physical 75

Aitana Bonmati is no longer the highest-rated women’s player in the game, despite staying at 91.

The 27-year-old has won the Ballon d’Or Femenin award for the past two years, and was again brilliant for Barcelona during the 2024-25 season.

However, she failed to score her penalty during the Euro 2025 final defeat to England.

1. Alexia Putellas – Barcelona (91)  – Up from 90

Pace 82, Shooting 89, Passing 90, Dribbling 91, Defending 72, Physical 80

Alexia Putellas, the favourite to win the Ballon d’Or this year, is the highest-rated women’s player in the game.

She is ranked as the second-highest rated player in the game, jointly holding a score of 91 alongside Mohamed Salah, Kylian Mbappe and teammate Bonmati.

Putellas scored three goals and provided four assists for Spain at Euro 2025. For Barcelona, she scored 17 goals in 25 appearances.

When is FC 26 released?

EA Sports FC 26 is released in the United Kingdom on September 26th.

It will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox one, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC.
