Harrogate Town, current leaders of the North East Women’s Regional League, have announced that Bob Wilkinson will be their new manager from the end of this campaign.

Wilkinson, who has previously managed in both the North East League and FA WNL, currently coaches York City RTC U-16s, is FA Coach Mentor Lead for the West Riding County Wildcats programme and has experience as Chairman / Manager and coach at Brayton Belles.

Caretaker Manager, Martin Powell, remains at the helm for the rest of the season, having helped the side keep up their bid to be promoted to the FA Women’s National League. Although top of the table, Harrogate are under some pressure from both Farsley Celtic and Hartlepool United for the title.
