Everton Women’s 2023/24 Players’ Player of the Season Courtney Brosnan has signed a new two-year contract with the Toffees.

The Republic of Ireland international made the most saves (95) in the Women’s Super League last season.

Brosnan told evertonfc.com: “I’m really excited to be continuing as an Everton player.

“I’ve really enjoyed my time here so far and I’ve created a lot of great memories with the girls and the fans, and hopefully that continues over the coming years.”

“It’s safe to say this club is a second home to me. I’ve made a great group of friends here. The coaching staff have been great mentors for me and I’m grateful to have a special bond with the fans, too.”

Manager Brian Sorensen said: “I’m thrilled we are able to keep Courtney at the club. Without doubt, she is one of the best goalkeepers in this league and is highly regarded in our squad.

“She has continued to improve year-on-year and produced some unbelievable performances for us last season.”
