After knocking out top-flight champions Swansea City, Genero Adran North side Llandudno head to Premier leaders Cardiff City FC.
Connah’s Quay Nomads – conquerors of Barry Town United in the round of 16 – will travel south again to take on the reigning Genero Adran Trophy champions Cardiff Met.
Wrexham thrashed higher division Abergavenny in the last round and will now make the trip to Aberystwyth Town.
The only all-top flight tie sees The New Saints take on Pontypridd United, after both sides knocked out Adran South opposition on Sunday.
