Swansea City followed up a 6-0 midweek league win with six more goals in the Genero Adran Trophy knockout stages.

Swansea scored all their six goals at Wrexham by the break, with Carmyn Carter claiming a hat-trick. The scoreline matched that from their midweek league game against Port Talbot, where Carter netted her first two goals for the leaders and Katy Hosford also bagged a brace.

Aberystwyth Town knocked out Briton Ferry with a goal each from Hannah Pusey and Carys Davies.

Barry Town’s Holly Jenkins gave them an interval lead at Caldicot from a free kick, the hosts levelled but Sian Rees struck twice in the last 20 minutes to send Barry through,

Cascade bowed out to a narrow defeat at Port Talbot, who made a second-half breakthrough.

The New Saints netted twice in either half to eliminate Connah’s Quay Nomads 4-0.
