Cardiff Met defeated Llandudno to set up a FA of Wales Women’s Cup semi-final with Cardiff City FC next month.
Emily Allen’s opener for Cardiff Met was cancelled out by Ffion Owen for lower-division Llandudno, but the Archers retook the lead before the break with a Robyn Pinder penalty and added three more goals afterwards, through Elianna Chavez, Allen’s second and substitute Kennesha Nanette.
