Chelsea have a game in hand on leaders Manchester United and will take top spot from them if they win Sunday’s crucial meeting. Casey Stoney’s side are on a six-game winning run away from home in the league.
Arsenal – a point behind Chelsea – are away at Reading, and although the Gunners have lost each of their last two away games in the league, never before have they lost three in a row in the competition.
Fourth-placed Manchester City host Aston Villa in an early kick off, the hosts remain unbeaten in 26 home games in the WSL. The draw for the Conti Cup semi-finals will be broadcast live at half-time during the match at Academy Stadium.
Everton entertain basement side Bristol City who were boosted by reaching the Conti Cup semi-finals in midweek. The Robins have won more WSL matches against Everton than they have versus any other side and Toffees are without a win in five.
West Ham trail their visitors by two points and Spurs are looking to record a third straight win for the first time since they were promoted in 2019.
Birmingham City are a single point ahead of visitors Brighton but from two gams fewer, with Albion also winning their last three meetings.
Liverpool are eight points behind Leicester City with a game in hand going into their home fixture with the Championship leaders, Durham are three points short of the Foxes and away at Crystal Palace.
Sheffield United have home advantage over Coventry United, while London Bees have a capital clash with London City Lionesses.
