Manchester City lead the league by one point ahead of their trip to West Ham, second-placed Chelsea return to the scene of their recent Conti Cup semi-final win over Manchester United, while Arsenal in third take on Tottenham Hotspur.

Everton play a Liverpool side who are just goal-difference off the bottom, basement team Bristol City are home to Reading, with Birmingham City only a point better off and hosting Brighton.

The FA Women’s Championship fixtures serve up a top of the table clash with Durham having home advantage over unbeaten leaders Aston Villa, while third-placed Sheffield United visit Charlton Athletic, who are three points adrift at the bottom.

The trio looking to pull further clear of the relegation place are all at home, with Crystal Palace hosting London Bees, Coventry United facing fellow newcomers Blackburn Rovers and Lewes tackling fourth-placed London City Lionesses.
