Southampton WFC went ahead through Rachel Okoro against Cardiff and although the visitors levelled by the break, Sian Wylie, Brittany Jeal, Emma-Jane May and Kiera Haslam all scored for the hosts in the second half.
Over 600 spectators saw Southampton FC win the big clash away at Ipswich Town, both sides had won all their previous games this season.
Enfield Town and Hashtag United both progressed on penalties, Brighouse Town went through after extra-time away at Newcastle United.
Lucia Kendall scored before the hour mark to give Southampton FC victory at Ipswich Town, Chichester & Selsey scored twice in the last ten minutes or so to see off Plymouth 3-1.
Fylde struck twice in the first quarter of the tie at Durham Cestria, coming through 2-1, Nicola Gibson got the only goal as Crawley Wasps won at Gillingham.
