Plymouth Argyle beat Bridgwater United 1-0 on Thursday in a FA Women’s National League Southern Premier relegation ‘six-pointer’.

Southern Premier Division

Cheltenham Town 2-2 Milton Keynes Dons (Att: 72)
Plymouth Argyle 1-0 Bridgwater United (Att: 232)

Cheltenham twice came from behind to draw with MK Dons, which was enough to lift them to fifth place.

Plymouth are a point behind both London Bees and Bridgwater, after defeating the latter with Amber Pollock’s first-half stoppage-time goal, aiding their bid to escape the relegation zone.

Division One Midlands

Lincoln City 1-2 Peterborough United (Att: 50)
Northampton Town 5-0 Leafield Athletic
Sheffield FC 0-1 Doncaster Rovers Belles

Doncaster returned to second spot, three points off leaders Stourbridge, with the only goal at Sheffield FC from Holly Housley.

Northampton moved within a couple of points of fifth-placed Leafield following a 5-0 defeat of them, set up by Alex Dicks’ first-half double.

Peterborough leapfrogged Lincoln into seventh position when beating them 2-1 away. Chantelle Robinson had levelled on 85 minutes for the hosts, but Jess Driscoll won it with a solo effort.

Division One North

Norton & Stockton Ancients 0-2 Durham Cestria (Att: 190)

Durham Cestria regained a four point lead at the top with victory at Norton, where Hannah Greenwood and Poppy Pritchard struck in the final half-hour.

Division One South West

Maidenhead United 0-0 Swindon Town (Att: 68)
Portishead Town 1-0 Larkhall Athletic (Att: 56)

Portishead edged Larkhall with an Alanna Torrington effort to go ninth, Maidenhead played out a goalless draw with Swindon.
