Fylde and Nottingham Forest also banked three more points, Shannon Stamps bagged a brace as West Brom beat Hull 4-2, Middlesbrough beat Sheffield FC to get out of the relegation zone at the expense of Loughborough.

Iesha Swaby scored four of Crawley’s seven goals, Mel Espinosa hit a hat-trick for Gillingham, Shannon Albuery also with a treble for Portsmouth. Plymouth came from behind to defeat Chichester & Selsey, who had substitute Jane Yeates sent off.
