Durham defeated Sunderland to take back top spot in the FA Women’s Championship from Liverpool.

Beth Hepple netted a free-kick just before the hour mark to give Durham the lead, on route to a 2-0 away win over Sunderland which put them back at the top of the table.
The advantage was doubled inside the last 15 minutes, Emily Roberts slipping the ball through to Molly Lambert who lobbed Claudia Moan from 20 yards.
London City come from behind to beat Watford
London City Lionesses went level on points with second-placed Liverpool after sending Watford to another defeat.
Georgie Ferguson made a save to keep Watford on level terms, moments before Helen Ward game them a 65th-minute lead,
Karin Muya set up Brooke Nunn to equalise with 15 minutes to go, Mollie Rouse then playing in Annie Rossiter got score City’s second.
Follis completes match-winning double at the death
Emma Follis scored twice to give Charlton the points against Bristol City, which saw them move up to fourth place.
Follis latched on to a short backpass to put the Addicks in front after just eight minutes, City replied just before the break, Abi Harrison forcing the ball home from a tight angle.
Keira Skeels had the ball in the net for Charlton midway through the second half but the flag was raised for offside, however, deep into added time Megan Wynne delivered for Follis to net her second with a diving header.

Ellie Hack gave Lewes the best of starts with a second-minute opener against Blackburn, taking advantage of the keeper spilling Izzy Dalton’s free kick.
Blackburn went very close to a late equaliser but Helen Seed headed against the goal post, Chloe Dixon’s shot was held by Tatiana Saunders, who then turned a Aimee Hodgson strike round the post.
Wilson nets Palace winner
Olivia Fergusson opened the scoring for Coventry but Kirsty Barton equalised on half-time and Molly-Mae Sharpe shot Palace in front after the restart.
From a Fergusson cross Rio Hardy got United back on level terms, the decisive goal came though when Siobhan Wilson’s effort for the visitors went in off the post.
