The Electric Ireland Women’s Challenge Cup reached a feel-good finale on Saturday evening when Glentoran edged past Sion Swifts in a 2-1 victory.
The National Stadium at Windsor Park played host to the final, when Glentoran lifted the trophy for a fourth successive season.
The Glens claimed a 2-1 victory over Sion, with the Co. Tyrone side pulling one back with just two minutes remaining to set up an exciting finish.
However, it was the Belfast side who took home the silverware in front of a jubilant family crowd who were in full voice from first whistle to last.
