England beat Spain 3-1 in the first ever final of the Women’s Euro Beach Soccer League which was played in Portugal.

Tournament top-scorer Fresneda reduced the arrears from a penalty but England restored their two-goal advantage also with a spot-kick as Molly Clark converted.

Russia hit Switzerland for six in the third-place play-off, Ukraine took fifth spot with a 2-0 defeat of the Czech Republic.
