Development side Civil Service Ladies knockout Championship opposition

NIWFA Development Division Civil Service are into the Toalsbet County Antrim Cup quarter-finals after eliminating Championship side Belfast Celtic.

Civil Service came from behind to win 5-2 away to Belfast Celtic, substitute Chanel Lally scoring twice, while fellow Development side Ballynagross suffered a 30-0 defeat at Lisburn Ladies whose Mia Rowan came off the bench to lead the scoring with eight goals.

Greenisland pegged back top-tier Linfield with a Saskia Love leveller but Ebony Leckey – who had missed an early penalty – went on to net twice in a 6-1 win for the visitors.

Larne led with a third-minute goal from Ella Parker, Lisburn Rangers levelled after the hour mark through Amy Burden to force extra time. Rangers then secured their progress with two quick goals by Grace Conway and Cara Tumelty.

Glentoran overran Comber Rec with 11 different scorers and an own-goal, while there were hat-tricks for substitutes Rachel Rogan and Jenna McKearney.

Ballymena United, Crusaders Strikers and Cliftonville were all given byes to the quarter-finals.
