Manchester City will face Chelsea in the FA Women’s Continental League Cup final after a 3-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur.

Jess Naz put a chance wide for Spurs after a run from the centre circle, before Manchester City struck twice in a seven-minute spell.

Jess Park got past Kerys Harrop and fired inside the far post after 20 minutes and later stretched to turn a deflected Caroline Weir effort back across goal, where Kadija Shaw had a simple tap in.

Right on half-time, Becky Spencer tipped a deflected shot over the bar to keep her side in the tie.

Lucy Bronze headed a Georgia Stanway corner onto the post and Lauren Hemp hit the rebound over.

Man City’s progress was sealed with the third goal on 70 minutes, Park with the cross and Hemp with a header.

The final is on 5 March at AFC Wimbledon’s new Plough Lane stadium.
