Chelsea Women beaten 1-0 by Barcelona in UWCL 1st leg

Barcelona won 1-0 away to Chelsea in the UEFA Women’s Champions League semi-final 1st Leg at Stamford Bridge.

The visitors took the lead within 200 seconds, Caroline Graham Hansen, finding the far corner from outside the box.

Sam Kerr played in Guro Reiten to find the net put it was disallowed for offside and Reiten was again denied when going round keeper Sandra Panos, as Lucy Bronze cleared off the line.

Lauren James was thrown on at half-time but Barcelona went closest to a second-half goal, as Marta Torrejon headed against the post and Berger turned Fridolina Rolfo’s powerful strike round the upright.
