Blackburn Rovers Ladies’ retained list includes Brooks and Jordan

Blackburn Rovers Ladies have retained nine players for the forthcoming season, as well as four others who have signed new contracts.

Players’ Player of the Year winner Alex Brooks, Saffron Jordan, Kayleigh McDonald and Jade Richards have all agreed new deals with the FA Women’s Championship side.

Ellie Fletcher, Charlotte Newsham, Georgia Walters and Ria Montgomery are among those that have left Rovers, on-loan players Maria Edwards and Elise Hughes have returned to their parent clubs, while Leah Embley has joined Brighouse Town.
