Birmingham City defender Abbi Jenner has signed her first professional contract to keep her at St Andrews until June 2025.
Jenner joined Blues aged eight years old, progressing through the pathway to make her First Team debut against London City Lionesses in the FA Women’s Continental Tyres League Cup back in December 2021.
She went on to make a further five appearances in the 2022/23 season, including her first start a 1-0 win at Everton in the Vitality Women’s FA Cup.
Speaking to BluesTV, Jenner expressed her pride at signing her first professional contract.
“For me personally, it’s a dream come true. I’ve been at this club for 10 years and it is everything I’ve ever dreamed of. I’m grateful to everyone that has helped me.
“It’s amazing to play for this club. To walk out at St. Andrew’s is an amazing feeling.”
