Birmingham City have signed former Watford goalkeeper Georgie Ferguson and loaned her to Stoke City for the rest of the season.

The 20-year-old, a WSL Academy Cup winner with Arsenal, spent two season with Watford and played 17 times in helping them secure an immediate return to the Barclays Women’s Championship.

Ferguson will spend the 2023/24 campaign on loan at FA Women’s National League Northern Premier Division Stoke City, who are managed by former Blues keeper Marie Hourihan.
