Aston Villa have signed Anna Leat from West Ham on a two-year deal, while Sian Rogers goes to Charlton Athletic on loan.
Leat is a 21-year-old New Zealand international who made her senior debut for the Hammers last season.
She told avfc.co.uk: “Aston Villa is an incredible club with a lot of history and it is an honour to join.”
“The women’s game, and this league is in such an exciting place and I can’t wait to be a part of this team’s journey.”
Rogers helped Aston Villa to the Championship title and the 24-year-old has made over 60 appearances for the club.
Set to spend the whole of the 2022-23 campaign with the Addicks, Rogers told charltonafc.co.uk: “I am looking to take myself out of my comfort zone. I have been at Aston Villa now for five years and when this opportunity came up it was something I had to take with both hands, I am looking forward to the challenge of the Championship this season.”
