Aston Villa have signed Danielle Turner until 2024, after the 30-year-old defender ended a lengthy spell with Everton.
The full-back had 15 years at the Toffees and captained them for the last five seasons.
Turner told avfc.co.uk: “Aston Villa’s a massive club and I’m looking forward to getting stuck into pre-season.
“It’s a big change for me having been at Everton for so long but I’m itching to get going.”
