Swiss international, Lia Walti, joined Arsenal Women from Turbine Potsdam in July 2018 and has so far made 32 appearances for the Gunners.
Helping Arsenal win the Barclays FA Women’s Super League title in her debut season, Walti was named in the PFA FA WSL Team of the Year for 2018/19.
“We are very pleased that Lia has signed a new long-term contract,” said head coach, Joe Montemurro to www.arsenal.com. “She’s a really intelligent player and she’s made such a positive impact at this club, both on and off the pitch, so it was very important to us that she signed a new contract.”
