The Southern Counties Cup tie played last night at the Aldershot Military Stadium, saw the Army come back from a goal down at the break against Sussex to run out 4-1 winners.
Holly Walker had the visitors in front by half time but that advantage was blown away in the wind and rain by a strong second-half performance from the hosts.
Zoe Stewart bagged a brace for the Army, with Laura Murray and Libby Dixon also finding the net to help seal the points.
