Anna Patten has re-joined Aston Villa Women on a season-long loan from Arsenal, having played for the Midlands side the second half of last season.
The defender made eight appearances before missing the final few games of 2021/22 due to illness.
Patten told avfc.co.uk: “I’m really excited to be extending my time at Aston Villa.”
“The girls have been really welcoming since I got here and I feel like this club can help me grow as a player.”
