Cardiff Met hit port Talbot for six, Erin Murray and Emily Allen each bagging a brace, Elianna Chavez and Amy Long also on target.
Swansea City won 2-0 away at Pontypridd Town, where Katy Hosford made the breakthrough just after the hour mark and Chloe Chivers netted the second.
Cardiff City FC’s Phoebie Poole scored from the spot and also from open play in the first half against Aberystwyth Town. Amy Williams and Daniella Broadhurst secured the win with one each in the last half-hour.
Barry Town United’s Megan Bowen and Lauren Harris put them in charge against The New Saints, who rallied with effort from Georgia Griffiths and Faye Marshall. But Barry remained ahead, with Chelsea Cochrane having got their third. Mackenzie Holden hit a hat-trick and Manon Pearce the other.
