Cardiff City Women opened up an eight-point lead over second-placed Swansea City, from one game more, when hitting Wexham for six. Rosie Hughes did equalise for the hosts but Eliza Collie went on to notch a hat-trick, Rhianne Oakley scored twice and Molly Kehoe got the other goal for the Bluebirds.

Pontypridd United rescued a point against ten-player Cardiff Met but it was not enough to stave off relegation. Nieve Jenkins and Esme Kilburn-Thompson each put the Archers in front, Shannon Hindmarsh and Lucy Attwood equalising, the latter following a red card for the visitors’ Tiggeraa Webb.
Barry Town beat TNS 3-0 to knock them off the top of the table, Angharad Beman bagging a brace and India Shanahan also on target.

Llandudno struck twice in two minutes late in the game, to come from behind and win 4-3 at Felinheli to clinch the title. Stevie Donougher got the 84th-minute equaliser, quickly followed by Kelsey Davies’ deciding goal.
Llio Davies scored twice as Rhyl won 3-1 at NFA, Sophie Rawling got a crucial third goal for Connah’s Quay as Bangor netted a late second despite the dismissal of substitute Cara Aston.
