The hosts twice took the lead through Sofia Owen and Louisha Doran but a Becky Evans own-goal Ashleigh Harris effort brought Caldicot level.
Colville’s injury saw Caldicot reduced to ten players but they went on to score four times in the last 27 minutes.
Harris netting twice more for her hat-trick, while Carys Waters and Naomi Cook added one apiece.
Swans cut gap on Archers
Swansea City cut Cardiff Met’s lead at the top in half when winning 4-0 at Port Talbot Town, where all the goals came in the second half.
Katy Hosford broke the deadlock on 53 minutes and Emma Beynon doubled the lead with 13 minutes to go.
Jodie Passmore soon added the third and Hosford completed the scoring at the end.
