The FA Women’s Continental Tyres League Cup semi-finals are being held in London this Wednesday and Thursday evening.
First up tonight is Arsenal against holders Manchester City at Boreham Wood FC, kick-off 7.15pm.
Then tomorrow – Thursday 9 February – West Ham welcome Chelsea to Dagenham & Redbridge FC, with another 7.15pm start.

The final is on Sunday 5 March at Selhurst Park, live on the BBC.
