Scotland Women’s U-23s beat their Panama counterparts 2-0 in an international friendly played at Estadio Municipal de Chapín, Jerez, in Spain.

The opening goal came on the half-hour mark, Kirsty Smith’s low drive turned in from close range by Abi Harrison.

Jenna Clark doubled the advantage on 58 minutes, firing home at the back-post from captain Erin Cuthbert’s corner.

Eartha Cumings tipped a long-range strike form Lineth Cedeno over the bar, with Panama keeper Yenith Bailey twice denying Cuthbert in a similar fashion.
