MBi Llandudno 5-1 Cyncoed
PILCS 9-0 Newcastle Emlyn
Port Talbot Town 0-3 Cardiff Met
Rhyl & Prestatyn 1-3 Cwmbran Celtic

Cardiff Met stretched their lead at the top of the Welsh Premier League with a 3-0 success at Port Talbot. With such a strong goal-difference, they are effectively one win away from stepping out of the grasp of second-placed Swansea. Erin Murray scores in either half, with Ellie Sargent also on target after the interval

PILCS put 9 goals past basement side Newcastle Emlyn, having gone in five up at the break. Alana Murphy and Lyndsey Davies both hit hat-tricks, with Kate Jeremiah getting a couple and Caitlin Tew the other goal for the Pontypool side.

Three sides above the bottom team remained on 14 points as they battle to avoid the other relegation place.

Aberystwyth are currently in the bottom two after a 6-2 loss at third-placed Cardiff City FC. Shannon Evans netted a hat-trick, Alicia Davies a second-half double and Kylie Nolan a single for the capital side, while a Tania Wylde penalty and Emily Thomas effort kept Aber interested.

Rhyl & Prestatyn are a couple of goals better off following a 3-1 home reverse to Cwmbran. Lois Regan scored twice for Celtic, Lauren Boyd got their other goal as they raced into a 3-0 lead, Laura Williams later replying.

Cyncoed have a somewhat better goal-difference, and like Rhyl, a game in hand, despite a 5-1 defeat at Llandudno, who went 3 points clear of their hosts.
