Wales will play their crucial FIFA Women’s World Cup Qualifying Round match against France at Parc y Scarlets in Llanelli on Friday 8 April.

Wales will look to build on last November’s attendance of more than 4,000 fans at the same venue, for the visit of the group leaders in a top of the group clash.

Head coach Gemma Grainger told faw.cymru: “To come back to Llanelli is exciting. The last home game there against Greece was incredible because of how the fans came out and supported us, even with the horrendous weather that night. We want to make sure that we build on the attendance records that have been set so far this campaign and that we continue to build on the growing fan base that plays such a huge part in our success as a team.”

Tickets will go on sale for the match on Wednesday 16 February at faw.cymru/tickets, with discounts available for grassroots clubs and group bookings.
