Manchester United stand in the way of three wins from three for Manchester City, with Everton and Liverpool clashing in the other Group C tie.
West Ham would clinch Group D with victory at Charlton, Brighton play their second fixture when hosting Reading.
With member of the Birmingham City team testing positive for COVID-19 and several players subsequently self-isolating, their tie at Leicester City has been postponed.
Bristol City go to Lewes seeking a third win in Group F, while Crystal Palace face London Bees with second spot at stake.
Although this is the last scheduled round of group games, several sides still have a third came to reschedule.
