Just a matter of time for Dons?
Aberdeen ran out 11-0 winners at Montrose with the aid of Bayley Hutchison’s four-goal haul and will be in striking distance of the SWFL 1 North championship if they also beat Raith at Forfar Community Campus on Thursday.

Rivals draw as Glasgow City Devs take another step towards title
The draw between Hibs U-23s and Celtic Academy allowed Glasgow City Development to move ten points clear in SWFL 1 after their 4-0 defeat of their Spartans counterparts. Two wins from four will now secure them a first place finish.
Rangers Development went down 2-0 at Renfrew but go again on Wednesday, when they entertain Queens Park at Milton Club, kick off 8.10pm.
Boroughmuir Thistle beat Queens Park 2-1 away to go within a point of the fifth-placed Spiders, while elsewhere Hamilton U-23s hit hosts Kilmarnock U-23s 6-2 and Blackburn beat Ayr 3-0.
SWFL 2 – Edinburgh Caley clinch crown
South/East Central – Edinburgh Caledonia sealed the title with two games to spare when winning 4-1 in the top of the table clash at Stirling University Development.
West/South West – Morton netted nine goals at Gleniffer Thistle to stay on course to become champions.
West/Central – Leaders United Glasgow won 8-1 against West Park United in their last game, leaving Bishopton needing to win their last two to overtake them, having just seen off St Mirren by the odd goal in five.
North/East – Dundee City are just goal-difference short of Dryburgh Athletic with a game in hand after they defeated the leaders 3-2.
Highlands & Islands League – Clachnacuddin champions
Clachnacuddin won a showdown at title rivals Caithness 5-2 to become inaugural winners of the league, currently with a 100% record and with two games to go. But celebrations were likely to be muted, as a travel-weary Lewis & Harris earlier pulled out of the league despite being leaders and winning the cup final.
