Arsenal secured their first silverware of the season by winning the Women’s Champions Cup, and here SheKicks takes a look at how likely they are to win more trophies by the end of the campaign.
The Gunners crashed out of the Women’s League Cup at the semi-final stage following a 1-0 defeat to Manchester United.
However, Arsenal can still mathematicallywin the Women’s Super League and are still in the Champions League and FA Cup.
Can Arsenal still win the Women’s Super League?
The three-time Women’s Super League winners will likely go a seventh straight season without winning the title.
Chelsea did no favours for the Gunners with their 5-1 defeat to Manchester City, who were inspired by an incredible performance from Kerolin.
That result has left Arsenal with the near-impossible challenge of closing up a 13-point gap on Andree Jeglertz’s side.
Arsenal could close the gap to seven points if they beat Manchester City at the Emirates this weekend. The Gunners also have a game in hand due to their triumph in the Women’s Champions Cup.
However, even then, they will need some favours from other teams in the WSL if they are to close the gap. That looks unlikely given that only Chelsea have taken points from Manchester City this season, on the opening day of the campaign.
So Arsenal, who last won the WSL in 2019, are likely to have to wait until next season, when they could be boosted by the potential signings of Ona Batlle and Georgia Stanway.

Can Arsenal successfully defend the Women’s Champions League?
Arsenal’s form in the first-half of the season made it look unlikely that they would win the Women’s Champions League.
However, their excellent start to 2026 makes them a strong contender to defend the trophy that they won for the first time last season.
Arsenal face a winnable playoff with Belgian side OH Leuven, who they beat 3-0 in the final match of the League Stage.
Chelsea will await the winners in the quarter-final. Sonia Bompastor’s side will likely put all their hopes on the Champions League after their defeat to Manchester City.
However, Arsenal have had the edge on Chelsea over both meetings this season. Lyon would be the most likely opponents in the semi-final, with a potential rematch with Barcelona on the cards in the final.
It is perhaps the most difficult route to the final that Arsenal could face. However, the Gunners are better now than when they lost 2-1 to Lyon in September.
Meanwhile, there are doubts over whether the injured Aitana Bonmati would be ready in time to make the Champions League final should Barcelona reach it.

Can Arsenal add to their 14 FA Cup trophies?
The best chance of Arsenal adding silverware to their cabinet is in the FA Cup.
Their biggest threats come in the form of WSL giants Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United.
However, the fifth-round FA Cup draw has pitted Chelsea against Manchester United, meaning one of the favourites to win the trophy will be out before the quarter-finals.
Arsenal host WSL 2 side Bristol City in the fifth round, a tie in which they should comfortably advance.
The Gunners last won the Women’s FA Cup ten years ago, and alongside Manchester City, will be favourites to lift the trophy at Wembley Stadium in May.
